The Expo chat system provides an easily accessible interface between visitors and exhibitors. This allows real-time communication where one or other is not at the actual expo or showcase. It also allows visitors and exhibitors to communicate "after hours", to continue discussions that may have been started during the day. An exhibitor can create anywhere up to 9 simultaneous chat sessions and a visitor can simply login and start a conversation at any time or arrange for a chat to be scheduled at a convenient time.
Of all the features of the online expo system, the chat system probably allows the greatest flexiblity, meaning that you really can meet and talk at the expo, literally from anywhere in the world, whatever your timezone.
The chat system is built into every exhibitor's info page. If they are there and they have active chat sessions when you visit their stand, the icon will look like this:
The visitor simply clicks on this icon to enter the chat room.
